李志彬，中国当代艺术名家，系中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员，香港国际艺术家协会会员、香港一级艺术家，中国书画家联谊会书法师，具国学讲师、书画师、职业规划师等资质。曾任大型集团首席人力资源官、总经理、全国运营总监、企业顾问、艺术家协会（副）会长等职务。其个人原创书法作品、原创诗词作品被业内外知名人士、重要机构、企事业等收藏。
近年，应邀为知名企业、重大庆典、纪念馆、楼宇、影视歌曲、国际机构、酒业集团等题写贺词、片头、牌匾。
2019年任中国国画院四川分院秘书长，开启专业艺术之路。
2020年任中华诗词月刊城市负责人、某诗词平台金牌作家，开启个人诗词创作之路。
2021年荣获庆祝建党百年活动之“百年辉煌•百位名家”荣誉，作品被素有“国家名片“之美誉的中国邮册邮品收录。
2022年经中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会推荐，书法作品被收录制作成主题公园牌匾。获得中华文促会社会艺术考级定点机构授牌。
2023年获得丹青巨匠荣誉，作品被素有“国家名片”之美誉的邮品收录。
2024年涉足企业品牌合作、国学馆项目运营、文化艺术项目运营等，并被授予全国非物质文化遗产传承人荣誉。
