范振江，河北人，大学学历，高级教师，国家一级画师。国画以小写意花鸟见长，书法以行书、隶书为优，作品风格细腻清新、雅俗共赏。
现为香港国际艺术家协会会员，中国文化艺术人才委员会国礼艺术家，中国文化信息协会理事，文化部高级书画家，中艺名北京书画院副院长，中国书画家协会会员，全国名人书画艺术界联合会会员，中美协河北分会会员，河北省毛体书法研究会会员，曲阜鸿儒书画院副院长、《中国艺展网》艺术总监。
2016年书法作品获得全国书画大赛一等奖。2017年国画作品获得“八一之歌”中国书画名家作品大赛金奖，并被授予“共和国红色艺术家”荣誉称号。2017年国画作品荣获“中国梦想杯”全国书画大赛银奖，并被授予“优秀艺术家”荣誉称号。2017年9月国画作品入围文化部艺术人才中心全国优秀美术人才作品展。还受中国公共外交文化交流中心之邀，参加了2018中欧国际艺术交流活动。
