韩素娟，女，汉族，1971年8月生，山东省潍坊市临朐县人。大专文化，现任兰韵堂书画馆馆长；东营市美协会员；香港国际艺术家协会会员；香港国际艺术家协会山东分会副会长；中国书画网副院长；多次参加省、市书画交流活动。
几年来共举办书画艺术培训27余次，培训艺术人才200余人次。2022年，参加济南美术馆画展，多幅精美兰花作品获奖。2022和2023年，参加山东省美协组织的庆八一建军节书画展活动。2023年，参加第十三届全国美展山东作品展，并获得兰花界第一名的优异成绩。2023年在抖音平台创建主播账号。开启画兰教学之路。自幼喜爱兰花，喜欢兰花的高贵品格，以兰会友，为画好兰花，以古人为师，借鉴古人之长，用心研究中国书画的渊源，提高国画艺术的传承，表现出中国书画的神韵美感。使作品展现出一种内美充盈，君子如兰，把兰的品质发扬光大。
