随着国际博物馆日的来临，连日来，重启“迎客”的甘肃省博物馆受到当地民众的青睐，参访人数逐日上升。 邵骋 摄
历时三个多月闭馆后，甘肃省博物馆重启线下游，分时段错峰游、“预约制”智慧游渐成潮流。让观众切身感受丝路文明的同时，线上“云游”也同步开放，带领观众“云上”共赏丝路风情。
2020年5月18日是第44个国际博物馆日，主题为“致力于平等的博物馆：多元和包容”。连日来，重启“迎客”的博物馆也受到了省内民众的青睐，参访人数逐日上升。
上午9时，甘肃省博物馆外已有一批正在等候接受安检的游客。目前，该馆每天限额1300名游客，开放时间为周二至周日9:30-16:30，严格实行网络预约制。预约成功后，持绿码和身份证接受安检，体温正常等条件符合后方可入馆。
进入馆内后，展厅及公共空间分阶段开放，目前只开放了“丝绸之路文明”基本陈列展、“甘肃彩陶”基本陈列展以及一楼临时展厅。展厅内因疫情暂停人工讲解服务，游客可在自助导览机柜租用语音导览设备，或使用官方微信公众号提供的讲解服务收听讲解。
“线上云游最大的好处就是避免了出行限制，同时也不会出现人太多过于拥挤，但看不到、看不清藏品。”正在馆内参观的游客张女士说，“线上云游总体给人的感觉是冰冷的，我觉得还是要看到实物，只有看到实物才会产生更深的印象，才会有一种真实感。”
作为外语导游的卢先生，对于疫情后第一次来参观该省博物馆也是深有感触。他说，“我自己经常来逛博物馆，也常带游客来省博参观。以前，想来就来，现在因疫情需要预约，不过对我来说也没什么，就是填填信息，虽然有些不方便，但这点困难不算什么。”
甘肃省博物馆开放管理部工作人员吴立娟介绍说，游客可通过省博官网、微信公众号进行预约，也可在现场扫码预约。疫情之下采用预约制，不容易形成聚集性人群，也提升游客的参观体验感。
无论是疫情期间，还是在当下，“线上云游”是甘肃省博物馆向观众讲解丝路历史的另一种方式，并日渐受欢迎。
随着国际博物馆日的来临，5月14日至18日，甘肃省博物馆还联合天水市博物馆、临夏州博物馆以及敦煌市博物馆，“线上直播”带领观众领略甘肃古丝路重镇的珍贵器物、历史遗存及文物历史，多维度展示丝绸之路的历史魅力。此外，还设置互动环节，让每一位线上观众都能参与到直播活动中，加深对丝路文明的认识。
